SHIPPING

Jil Dever Company offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).

For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $9.95 for Standard 3 Day shipping or $9.95 for UPS Ground.

Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day shipping.

Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. Orders placed after the deadline will be processed the next business day (unless a US federal holiday).

All orders typically ship within two to three weeks, Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Should items be on delay, you’ll receive an email from us with options.  

Our production process is meticulous, and our turnaround time is quick, but we are a budding manufacturer with blooming orders expertly crafting the perfect scarf just for you!

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies. In all cases, products must be returned in new condition within 30 days from receipt.

Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

  1. Please contact us by phone 503 247 3968 or email sales@jildever.com  within 30 days of purchase to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once the RA number is issued, you will receive return instructions via email.

  2. Clearly print the return mailing address, including your RA number, on your package and on your Return Form.

  3. Place your merchandise in the original shipping packaging if possible. If the original packaging is not available, please use a padded envelope to prevent damage in transit.

  4. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer gift returns or exchanges for returned products at this time.
