International Payment Methods

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Venmo is available by contacting us directly.

Gift cards and eGift certificates are not available for purchase or redemption online at this time.

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your credit card will be billed within 72 hours of placing your order.

Your billing information must match exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will email if there are order delays.
