How do I qualify for free shipping?

Jildever.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).

For shipments totaling less than $50, the shipping cost is $5.95 for Standard 3 Day shipping via USPS or UPS Ground.  This is our standard shipping option. 

Free Global Shipping is for orders over 100.00.

I am having trouble with my shipping address.

Helpful tip: Go to USPS.com and click on Find Zip Codes. You can enter the first line of your street address, city, and state, and USPS will return the standard zip code and correct entry of your city, state, zip combination.

Can I ship internationally?

Yes, Jil Dever ships internationally at this time. 

To qualify for free global shipping, your order total must be over $100.00 USD. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to the following international locations: Denmark, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time. We do apologize.

Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada are not eligible for free returns.

How do I place an international order?

To place an International order, add your item to your cart and select the country you would like to ship to on the checkout page. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.

Why has my shipment been split into multiple shipments?

To better service our clients we ship complete orders when possible. Upon occasion an item is back-ordered and will be shipped separately.  You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments.

What happens to my shipping fee if my order is split into multiple shipments?

If you met the minimum when your order was placed and your order is split into multiple shipments, there will be no additional shipping costs.
