Restyle your work outfits with some summer touches

When it’s not quite hot enough for hitting the beach, transitioning from winter to spring workwear can be a challenge. If keeping things smart in the office is still key, it’s possible to add some summer touches to a usually formal look to help beckon the warmer weather. Capri pants are a great bet if you’re used to rocking suits in the workplace, especially when worn with an elegant pair of pumps. Swap out heavy winter coats for trendy spring jackets and a light layer underneath to cope with fickle temperatures.

And as for accessories, versatility is key!  For instance, the Hawthorne could accentuate your look without overpowering it. Beautiful pops of color are always welcome with a smart work outfit as we start to transition out of our dark winter hues. The electric blue scarf could be worn with a sharp navy blue suit, adding warmth during those chilly office meetings. During those April showers, pair a camel coat with the burgundy and caramel scarf. While if you’re really looking for a groundbreaking spring piece, the floral and animal print scarf is the perfect mix. A few good scarves are timeless, and the kind of closet staple worth the splurge that can last for years.
